Yes I'm experiencing this as well with patch 113822.

I believe this might be related to the weather simulation, because this short stutter would appear everytime rain started or stopped. But would continue even when it didn't rain, every 2-3 minutes.

Have the same stuttering since last patch...not even SSD helps ;)

Can confirm this since the latest patch, happens every minute or so, stutter lasts about 2 seconds. Very annoying.

Been on GB 1-188 server for more than an hour and non of the guys I am playing with have had any stuttering this session.

Confirmed +1. i7 First-Gen 920 @ 3.2GHZ + GTX 670. Stuttering on any server after patch. Lowering graphics from high to performance settings doing nothing.

Completely stutter free tonight. May be down to individual server settings/hardware?

Same exact problem on UK servers happend simultaneously for me and two friends talking over mumble. Only started since last patch (822)

Confirmed with me and a friend playing at the same time we get it at the same time too

Confirmed with me and two friends, 2 of us nVidia users the other using ATI.

Confirmed on every server I've joined since the patch, ~30 different ones in varying US cities/timezones.

Not even the newest patch fixes this.. Its really annoying

Disabling clouds in the options makes the problem disappear.

Can confirm, is fairly similar to the same issue in ArmA2, at which point sometimes some clients get kicked and receive a battleye responding kind of error.

Not sure but I dont think I noticed the bug yesterday anymore. But I also disabled the clouds. So maybe my client isnt receiving any weather updates?!

I'm getting this as well on multiple servers. It's just a slight freeze and then continues. lasts just a millisecond but noticeable.

Confirmed this issue as well in all US servers I have played on.

Had this same issue, but ONLY with an installation of SA on an SSD. When re-installed to a normal spin disk, I receive no stutter. The stutter only appears for me when the game is installed on an SSD.

stuttering here aswell, got an SSD aswell.
