Many players write this problems on lobby. I have same problem since last update. When i try to join some server there i have a notice "Wait for host" or "Connection failed - Confirmation of changes". I alsa had problem, when i join to server where is 0 peaple it is notice "Server is full" {F28499}

Seems like this was caused by the steam service. Rocket posted something about this at his twitter

Also keep in mind that at peak hours a server with 0 players on it could fill up in SECONDS. So if you're trying to join an empty server/newly started server, it could actually be full instantly.
But yes, at the moment Steam is having some issues.

This is NOT a bug with DayZ, it is an issue with Steam's Authentication servers.

^this, it's steam auth servers, and steam can and will resolve this. Happened yesterday as well

I get the same problem, im trying to join servers right now that are not full and its just telling me they are

Possible fix, read POSSIBLE!
For the "Confirmation of Changes " -- "Connection closed" message.
My exact steps for the fix.
- Try some servers to force the error a few times (2-3 times).
- Go back to main menu.
- Click "Change Server".
- Try some more servers.
- Still not working? Repeat and usually after having to press "Change Server" twice or so I can get into servers.
Remember though that this might have to be repeated after every game launch. Also this might not be a fix for you, just thought i'd share it since this seems to work for me at least.
This is the only thing that works for me and eventually I can join servers again.
I have no clue about the origins of this so don't ask. Please do post your experience with this and if it worked for you or not.
NOTE: steam servers are currently down so trying this now wont be of use, steam is working hard for the sollution. It is not just Dayz SA that has the auth problem causing the "Waiting for host" issue. This is a steam based issue.
