Reproduced 2x on Windows 7 Pro. Appears to occur when character is at or near max equipment loadout, on fresh (hive) login (last played server) or new server (hive) login. Non-Hardcore.

Reproducible on M4 and Mosin. Both weapons were painted. After login after 0.45 update, Atlas Bipod no longer attached to Mosin. Removed Atlas Bipod fom M4, unable to re-attach Atlas to M4. Currently reproducible on both weapons. Will test on a clean weapon when one becomes available.

Similar instance has occurred rarely for me as well. Unknown reproducibility, has occurred only on an empty server.
