Isn't there already a supressing fire command?

If your going to make it like that, you might as well add another key binding because you can set it to a hold key bind anyway.

Infinity Ward is a lot bigger than Bohemia. Also, COD got rid of those scopes because of the amount of lag it caused. You can already see how picture-in-picture works in ArmA 3, and it doesn't work to well. Causes the game to crash, has a very low frame-rate and low quality even on the Ultra setting.
PiP in ArmA seems to have a lot of problems.
For one thing, it has a low frame rate. The quality isn't too good, and I feel like its one of the causes for the DirectX crashes. (device removed, internal error). My game seems to only crash when PIP is used. UAV Terminal, CTAB's helmet cams, HEMMTs. Anyone else think that PiP is one of the causes for those crashes?
I know BI said they can't fix it.
The 3D editor is probably going to be released in 2016, when the expansion is released.
This isn't a bug, it's a feature request.
There's a mod for it, so we know it's possible.
It would be nice to know why they haven't done it yet.
Maybe their leaving it for a future update or something.
I don't really care if this is added or not, but for the sake of the community, Bohemia, can you please shed some light on why it hasn't been done, or if it's ever going to happen?
It's a lot better then having all these people think you don't care about what they want in the game.
I guess it would suck to make a mod then just have it thrown into the game by the developers. I guess it would make the mod creator feel like what they created was a waste of time...
Probably because of AD2001 reason...
Wait, is the problem with shadows or Ambient Occlusion?
I'm sure they care, but their not going to halt developing all the DLC and other fixes while doing this. And if the only thing they can do is rewrite the engine, then we'll have to wait for another Arma game where they will be able to do so. Arma 3 is an improvement for me, I get better frames on higher settings in A3 than A2. Which, should be happening.
There are also the random frame drops that some people get every few seconds after playing the game for awhile.
Well, you can always bind space to something else.
I guess so, but people probably want it open until its actually "fully implemented".
BI's not going to do it the same way modders have done it. The result may look the same, but the method they will use to create it, at most chance, is going to be a lot different.
At least their adding them. They've could of been working on them for a while now a simply not telling us about them.
ArmA 3 is still is a simulator...
It has more simulator elements then ArmA 2.
There's going to be "Bipuurrds" in the Marksmen DLC. There's also a bunch of other cool stuff : http://arma3.com/news/scanning-the-horizon-arma-3-in-2015#.VMAD5Gzwtjs
