I presume you know it’s not just grenades? Have lost lots of items by testing out the throwing mechanics.

We are indeed aware that this may occur with any item and once the fix is applied, it should affect all items.

Issue as of 1.19

Unpinned, G, Held Left Clicked. The animation played. Saw the grenade fly and then it fell into the ground, gone forever. Happened 4/10 times. Only happens sometimes. Happens more with smaller objects.
