I don't know if I thoroughly paid attention to it during 1.2.1.169, but the issue is no longer present. It was in the earlier version before that, though I hadn't reported it then.
But I still think the text notifications should also be disabled when radio is off, don't know if it is intentional behavior.

For a "relief", it is possible to switch to Legacy controls in the "controllers" settings tab.

@bkuz16 you could try using different headset formats, in the Xbox audio/volume settings. Also see if you have any options enabled under "Additional options".

For T187897 a hard reset seems to have fixed it.

It's unplayable. 1 day last week I was able to but after that I'm not able to play. I convinced my friends to buy it because I had so much fun my 1 day of playing. Now I can't play but they can.

I wouldn't really know how to describe my TV, but it's a normal plasma TV. The issue has been experimented on two different TVs. Do you have a smooth gameplay experience on performance mode on series X? if that's the case I'm jealous. I hope more people can confirm that it's horrible on Series S so that BI can do something about it.
