It seems it happens on night time rain (Storm might have something to do). Was trying out the rain in a friends server when he changed it to night time...then the black textures popped in.

If you mean that while standing behind cover your bullets don't go where you aim... that might be because... I dunno, your aiming reticle is higher than the muzzle of your gun? As AD said, the crosshair on 1st person indicates where the muzzle is being positioned. Also, wasn't there a changelog that prevented clipping from assault rifles? I remember it being talked about.

This issue you have with you hitting the cover can be addressed by using the stance adjustment key. It was put there for this specific reason (I think)

Still, not really sure what you are trying to imply...might be that Im running on caffeine right now and my understanding abilities are a little asleep at the moment

You can move the compass around while looking at the map (to get an exact bearing)

Compass while moving around and playing is mostly used for quick reference and directions, corroborated by a quick look in the map.

What you are trying to say is like me saying that we should move the watch because it is not giving the exact bearing of where an enemy unit is.

This comes from a guy that, playing in Domination servers all the time, HAS to use the compass and finds it an incredible tool for teamwork the way it is now. Changing the size and letting you move it means removing time that devs should use to add more content and release fixes for the game.

If it aint broke, don't fix it.

When it auto switched to vehicle freelook for me, I almost raged when flying helis.

He enviado un email a BIS preguntando por la situacion que me has dicho. Tardaran en responder, pero ahora ya saben que hay gamers en España que lo quieren comprar :)

A ver, te voy a responder lo mucho que se:

Parece que en españa las tiendas ni lo venden, quizas dado a que creen que, al ser de Steam, no van a sacar perras extra, al menos asi lo entiendo yo.

La edicion SUPPORTER, la que de verdad es la coleccionista y valia unos 70 euros ya no la venden, era durante un tiempo limitado en la BIS store. La deluxe aun se puede comprar e incluso la tienes mas barata en Steam q cualquier otra tienda q hallas dicho.

Con la deluxe te sale la banda Sonora, Mapas en PDF de Altis y Stratis, una guia muy Buena sobre el juego escrita por uno de los mejores jugadores y el Arma: Cold War Assault, todo esto mas el Arma 3. En la edicion de Steam te sale todo en una carpeta y lo puedes imprimir si quieres.

No la venderan en España porque son gilipollas y las tiendas estan mas centradas en el GTAV y en la temporada de shooters 2013 que en un simulador militar.

Siento que no lo puedas comprar en tiendas, pero en tiendas solo es un disco de instalacion que hace q la descarga vaya un poquito mas rapido, nada mas. Pagas de mas solo para que vaya rapido.

Lo que te he dicho antes: Consigue el dinero y te lo pillas por Steam, que Steam lo vas a tener que usar de una u otra manera.

Vale me he mirado esos 3... y son un completo robo. Te dan una caja chula con la banda Sonora y los mapas... y... no dice nada mas.

Con la de Steam te dan a parte una guia escrita por Dsylecxi, lider del grupo "ShackTactical", probablemente el mejor grupo de Arma del mundo, mas todo lo de la edicion que me has enseñado mas el Cold War Assault. EL PUTO COLD WAR ASSAULT!

Yo ya te digo que la edicion coleccionista que dices tu, la deluxe, te sale 20 veces mejor comprada en Steam que en una de estas ediciones que me has enseñado. Y ten en cuenta q, estando en un sitio como Steam, se puede comprar aqui. Hay un huevo de paises que tampoco pueden comprar la edicion fisica y ten en cuenta que BIS es su propio publisher, asi que tienen dificultades en donde venderlo.

No pasa nada...en Steam te sale la Deluxe a 50. Buena suerte con lo del dinero y nos vemos en Altis si eso :D

Alright, the problem is that Gamestop basically wont sell it to him because "It doesn't fulfil the requirements" I told him to get the refund and get it from Steam now. So issue solved :P

Vale, a ver... me quieres decir que reservaste la edicion Deluxe, la de los mapas y banda Sonora, etc. en Gamestop, y ahora te dicen que no sacan la edicion en España??

No tiene mucho sentido. Gamestop tiene cadenas en gran parte de Europa y America. Yo te recomendaria que te devuelvan el dinero y te lo pilles en Steam, que te saldra unos cuantos duros mas barato. El contenido extra esta dentro de los ficheros del juego.

Si te estas refiriendo a la edicion de collecionista, la mas cara (la que tiene mas cosas) me temo que hace tiempo que dejaron de ofrecer eso. Si lo reservaste... no se, habla con Bohemia o algo. Aun no estoy muy seguro del problema.

Vamos, lo de antes. Q te den el dinero y te lo pillas mejor por Steam :)

I´d just roll with a bunnyhop or other mechanism to make vaulting something more natural, not animation locked.

And don't tell me soldiers can´t vault over fences when running because that can be done in real life.In the game, It has been done by modders. In I44 for Arma 2 you had a slide and a bunnyhop command when sprinting(x and v respectively)... and it gave a ton of mobility!!

Well, the beta will surely have some new guns... plus vehicles, so that is covered

However, if you really want to snipe, there are some mods out there that feature high calibre sniper rifles (M107 and AS50) and are downloadable as of now.

So... this "request" is preety much pointless since:

A. You can download some A2 snipers before BIS adds them to the game
B. They are going to add them anyway, so why bother if you have pre-ordered?

Won´t down or upvote, simply because:

A. We either get it from Bohemia
B. Or We get it from the community

Either way, I agree with most people. A vertical jump is just way too arcadish and non essential in this game.So... how about something like the I44 or ST bunnyhop? That mod wasn't that bad, and it certainly didn't increase the amount of bunnyhoping (since it reduced speed and drained stamina)
