This would be so f*cking awesome. If anything needs to be redone in the game, this has to!

It's a bit too siplified now, but still much better anyway. Closing. Thanks.
@tyl3r99: you misunderstood me. I don't want the guy to have a weapon ready at the pricise moment the map is closed, I just want the animation from weapon-down to weapon-ready happen automatically once I close the map and not making me to do the necessary action to raise the weapon back again manually (by clicking the mouse).
So it doesn't mean you can fire immediately, the animation still has to take place, I only suggest it to be automatical (in case I had the weapon ready before opening the map).
I just want to remove the need of clicking the mouse button.
*Additional Information: It should automatically switch back to the "weapon-readiness" stance the character had before opening the map (with the animation of course)
(made the sentence clearer)
The same thing occurs after climbing a ladder I think (as it did in Arma II). This also could be polished similarly.
Doesn't matter if in vehicle (any or particular) or not. Just go as a soldier while map opened and the foot step sounds fade away as you go as well.
This would be awesome!
It's very unrealistic on a dirt based island like Stratis (even on the concrete road, there is dirt and dust from wind and everything), it should not produce squeaking at all. Maybe just when it's raining.
Also just braking shouldn't produce it on its own, you don't hear squeaking when you drive a car, do you? It should be quite rare to hear the squeaking or when you do a quick turn.
