not dev's Problem, because Drivers work on a very low Level, overriding everything you set up in a Piece of Software, which is a case here. if you search on the web, this Problem appears in many games. everywhere devs suggest to disable this feature
how can you now for sure if it disappears, when you can't see the object in the wall/floor/etc? try to reproduce that bug on an empty field with no obstacles.
bro, do you even read?
I figured it out, you can't Combine random pieces together. you can Combine only:
NE+SE=E
NW+SW=W
E+W= full map.
Here is a scrrenshot of a full map, I crafted.
I don't think footsteps should generally be louder. I think it should depend on how much weight you carry in your backpack. So completly empty and crouching shouldn't be audible at all, while sprinting with backpack full of goodies should be loud as hell, especially in the night time.
i don't know what are you talking about. m4 is pretty accurate with bipod. 300 meters hit is accurate and easy
you can never get the same expirience from night photos, because each camera has sensitivity that is definetly not the same as human eye. my Suggestion is to go in summertime to rural area while full moon is shinig. you will be amazed how bright the night could be. it is though, relatively rare natural phenomenon.
I think it can widely depend on the Situation. Some nights are so bright irl, I just think to myself"hey, someone, turn off the light, I want to sleep, dammit". Of course, most of the time it is during summer, with almost no clouds and full moon.
false, IRL you can look over obstacles exposing let's say 5% of your Body to the enemy. here you can't do that. why don't you demand this with the same logic and arguments you provided? IRL you can also use every Kind of reflections even being totally hidden behind the said obstacle. so your Argument is invalid.
it's the same issue while driving a vehicle in dayz mod. you can't use mirrors and its very unrealistic. so better tweak 3d Person mode with some restrictions than turning it completely off.
3d Person shouldn't be removed, just set up correctly, so you can't see over obstacles, which you can't see in 1st Person mode.
