This appears to be a known issue at the moment due to the closing of Gamespy.
I too suffer from this issue and my current work around is to provide the IP of the host and use the Remote connection function to join.
Apolgies Iceman; this issue appears to only occur for me when driving the new Tempest truck.
Please see attached mission with two playable units.
Drive unit 1 Tempest truck forward down the road towards the M6 mines and observe no detonations. Continue driving to trigger the AT mine.
Switch to unit 2 and drive the Ifrit towards the M6 mines and observe detonations.
I am aware of how M6 SLAM mines are used. They do not work as of last patch.
This behaviour is controllable from the UAV terminal via right-clicking on the map and setting a behaviour to Never Fire.
I do not use Turn Left/Right in stable build and the aircraft still engages rudder while banking.

Unfortunately there are inconsistencies with the hard points of the A-149 regarding addweapon and addmagazine.
PLEASE fix this! Using setobjecttexture allows mission makers to have custom textures without requiring mods for their server.
When vehicles using setobjecttexture respawn they also do not keep the set texture.
This is now a config element listed in a previous dev build notes:
"Helicopters: startDuration config parameter added"
Could just increase this to achieve the result.
The camera point on the SDV moves with the physical model when you set periscope down.

This has been resolved in Beta. I frequently do water insertions/extractions with ease.
