The scripting command setObjectTexture has no Global equivalent. This missing version of the setObjectTexture cause an unnesscary work around to script textures into multiplayer.

We should have setObjectTextureGlobal and setObjectTexture to use in scripting.
Needs to sync to JIP as well.
PLEASE fix this! Using setobjecttexture allows mission makers to have custom textures without requiring mods for their server.
When vehicles using setobjecttexture respawn they also do not keep the set texture.
