This is how it worked in both ArmA 1 and 2.
The devs need your specs or attached a DxDiag file, so they can cross-reference which hardware may cause some issues.
Just saw in the Dev Branch changelog that this should have been fixed, will check up and see what the QA has seen on the stable Aplha.

The devs still needs a DxDiag file to cross-reference any performance issues with any hardware setup. Please attach a DxDiag file, otherwise, they won't know where to begin.
Please attach a DxDiag file, since this issue may not produced a crash report/log.

Please attach your DxDiag file to following issue http://feedback.arma3.com/view.php?id=716 , it will help them figure out which kind of systems may have some low performances.
A french version should be available upon launch, it is still an Alpha and usually is not a priority up until a Release Candidate.
Une version francaise devrait etre disponible au lancement, c'est presentement un Alpha et n'est pas une priorite jusqu'au Candidat de Lancement.
The issue also occurred on a 1920x1080 high quality setup.
As per Toktotte's note, it occurs when the rotor is spinning, occured to me a few minutes ago, on the Alpha 0.11 Dev Branch.
Please attach a screenshot of the location in-game and in the editor, to pin-point the exact location. The more info they have, the better.
