A french version should be available upon launch, it is still an Alpha and usually is not a priority up until a Release Candidate.

Une version francaise devrait etre disponible au lancement, c'est presentement un Alpha et n'est pas une priorite jusqu'au Candidat de Lancement.

I think it would be cool if the major NATO countries would have their own loadouts , language/accents and stuff like in Arma 2. Not necessary but I would like it.

Languages are being worked on and will be available at launch, if not earlier. No need for a ticket.
