it is still there...but it always worked like this(OFP, ARMA, ARMA2 and ARMA3):
place a player first...then you can put empty in the editor.
same with aiming deadzone...wokrs once and after a game restart it resets

I have shot an MG during my military time...it was like firing a laser gun when proned...not much recoil that lifts the barrel.
you can just aim that thing while shooting by looking at the tracer stream...and not caring much about recoil!

i have driven a Car in the Mediterranean during summer with a defekt AirCon (always full on). i need to wear a jacket inside the car, because it was way to cold! outside it was like 28-30°C

It also seems that the Boats are to front heavy. normally a small boat with an engine at its back would not dip his nose that much down into the water after going over a wave
i think he means the visuals!
It would be okay if the heli stops working...but underwater it suddenly looks like a burned out wreck.
stoped the time...after one minute vision got really blurry and dark...at 2 minutes...you are dead.
think that is okay if you are a little trained/fear of drowning.
