After retesting to sabotage a boat while having a toolkit... it doesn't work neither. So it (unfortunatly) must be scripted.

Spec Ops divers usually swim in complete darkness and orientate themselves only with a compass. However, it would be enjoyable to have NVG in diver's inventory.

Yep, it is safer for an infiltration... but it can't be used as exfiltration technique.

It appears clearly when you see a non-player diver walking (for example another team member). Furthermore, it happens from the beginning of a mission even without going into the water, and on my computer it doesn't seem to autocorrect by passing through a dark zone and go to the sun again.

It is funny : it seems to be quite an americanized question (related with the recent descision), but if we look over Europe, women can fight in the combat units in Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Spain, Romania, Poland, Germany, and France (where there are women in some special forces units !!! ).
So let's face the truth, women fight on many Nato battelfields.
Arma 3 should include them (at least for the Nato).

However, it would be great to have the option to jump from an helicopter without any parachute (for example for a diver to jump from a chopper into the sea).
