When you exit water, scuba fins are shown in your on shadow as they where fitted while they are not fitted in land ground.
Happend twice but also it autocorrect when you pass through a dark zone and go to the sun again.

Get a scuba mission and try. Nothing special.

It appears clearly when you see a non-player diver walking (for example another team member). Furthermore, it happens from the beginning of a mission even without going into the water, and on my computer it doesn't seem to autocorrect by passing through a dark zone and go to the sun again.
