confirmed, it happend yesterday to friends of me. We meet up in berezihno and we hear constant zombie shouts, but no zombies were around us and suddenly my mates get damage like they get hits by zombies.
confirmed, it is easly to reproduce and at the moment it is proceed as standard to gear up fast in a group.
I'll guess this is the most gamebreaking point at the moment.

Killed a server hoper at the ne airfield and as soon as i tried to loot his body he disapeared. Timeframe between kill and loot try was around 1 minute.
It seems to solved in 115106, Bloodpacks now spawns also in buildings on the ground.
Confimred happens to me also, all the time.
In my opinion the zeds, should be a real threat for the surviors.
They should be spawn in huge groups, hard to kill and if the surviors get a gun, the ammunition should be a really rare loot.
So the main way to kill the zeds should be going in to close combat and so the survivors has to think twice before they attack the zeds.
At the moment there are many bugs related to the zeds, f.e. pathfinding, survivor detection, collision query, no zed respawn, etc. but i'll guess the devs will correct this in the near future.

I can confirm this and if the fnx with attached silencer was f.e. in 8 slot tko vest and the other slots where also equipped with items, one of the items gets randomly erased after relog.
It seems that these problem has the same reason, as the "random zombie noises" has.
