Friend logged out while i watched him log out, his hand weapon was laid in front of him and another rifles was on his back
When he then completely logged the weapon was left in the spot where he logged out and i picked it up.
He then logged in and still had both the weapons.
Will try later this evening again to reproduce.
confirmed, it is easly to reproduce and at the moment it is proceed as standard to gear up fast in a group.
I'll guess this is the most gamebreaking point at the moment.

This trick works with rifles and melee weapons.
Essentially combine all your best parts for a weapon, carry a crap gun in your inventory and pick up the good weapon off of the ground into your hands (cursor over the weapon NOT using the inventory menu and picking it up from vicinity into hands), then log out and log back in.
