think the water would make the smoke particles to heavy to rise up though and it would end up in some white stuff floating around

it's also possible now but not in the way it is displayed ingame

there is no damping to the voice or anything, he just shouts as if he is on land.
try mumbling clear commands with a rebreather between your teeth ;)

consistent in any angle.
i was about 100 meters of the coast when the AI started firing at me
if it's a ricochet noise it sounds weird

looks like steam is checking the process pool of windows itself.
in that case try starting both without steam

you just have to start the exe itself and not twice via steam

if it's started with steam it appears as a child process which will be denied if started twice

Couldn't now that this is going to be the main issue for controllers of any kind.

I only use it in vehicles or when I'm to lazy to plugin my joystick. Using it for combat situations feels kind of weird.

There are several other issues in the system already describing that problem.
