I also have this issue. Changing video settings also doesn't help it stays at low fps.

Same problem here. CPU usage 40-50% GPU Usage 20-30%. Changing settings doesn't help.

Not possible with the profile the game makes for you. Only if you add another profile yourself you can change the name.

I know but it would be a nice option, the game gave my default profile a name which I don't want to use. Setting the controls/video settings every time when I want to create another profile is not so handy in my opinion. Sometimes I play with clantags and sometimes I don't. Would be nice if I could just copy these settings in the game.

I know it is possible by copying the files of the default profile and renaming them and by putting it in the Arma 3 Other Profiles folder.

The stuff in the video didn't help and the disabling of clouds didn't help either. Flushing also has no effect.

I am getting low FPS as well doesn't matter what I do for video settings. Stays at 20-30fps, around bases it drops lower.

I am having the same issue, on single player it is fine but when I play multiplayer the FPS drop to like 20-30. Changing video settings has no effect.

I noticed this as well.

*edit* I was mistaken, couldn't change the name of the default profile which is a bummer as well.
