@Geez Can you have the devs look at the scaling of the inventory? Check over the UI/IGUI settings/scaling/dpi etc.

So they still have to work with AMD GPUs to achieve good performance.
It may have to do with specific GPU cards, or it can be something else entirely.
Does it happen on your setup (with same HDD/SDD, ram, etc. with the NVIDIA GPU)
They just need to find ways to reproduce the issue.

You guys are really not very helpful.. i'm having to buy a new Nvidia GPU to show that it isnt my computer and you still have no response.

Tested an Nvidia 1050ti vs both my AMD RX480 and Vega 56 cards all on the games Low settings.. stuttering on AMD, no stutter on the Nvidia.

I have a Intel I5 4690k and 16gb ram on ssd, 1060 gtx 6gb video card, its not AMD specific
Wow, you must be used to stuttering then.

Bloom cannot be disabled in any way at this moment and according to the devs it probably would not help with the issue you are experiencing. Also, regarding to the video you have originally provided and attached to the ticket.. can you provide us with a timestamp where the stutter should be? As we cannot see any stutter issues on the video you have provided. ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nJzuNw6yjvE )

@Geez So i still have the same issues after a fresh Windows 10 install.. i only installed Chipset and GPU drivers, then Steam and then DayZ.. same problem.

Id start by either setting the graphics options to let the application decide or uninstall CCC and just run the driver for the GPU (may be hard to do so but worth a try), also make sure you CPU is running at full cores all the time as the game is CPU intensive not so much GPU intensive as other games are, any AMD overlay or OS overlays id also disable and just run steam overlay, Also turn off freesync on your monitor if you can as the game favors Gsync more Ive noticed. its all trial and error but at least your narrowing it down, I had a stutter with my mouse a while back now and it turned out to be a program that was running in the background eg, cloud, megasync etc.. once I turned them off or uninstalled them I was fine.

I'm done with this game, tried everything to get it working smooth, no luck. Stuttery mess. And all you guys tell me is you have an AMD system? Would love to walk into the Dev offices, probably see Intel/Nvidia systems everywhere. Obviously not working with the AMD driver team on this, must be an Nvidia Gameworks title, just didnt announce it.

Upgraded to Windows 10 1903 Build, activated Variable Refresh Rate, same old shit. Cant believe i actually bought this game TWICE.. i have this on two Steam accounts.

Hi @Geez thanks for the reply.. i feel like it is something to do with the UI, whenever the stuttering/juddering happens, 99% of the time if i tab into my inventory and back out again it'll run smooth as hell until the next times it occurs.
May 2 2019
The issue seen in the video still hasnt gone away.. are you guys working with AMD with this game? I never see anything about DayZ in the AMD driver changelogs, do you even have an AMD system you test DayZ on?
Apr 15 2019
@Geez So i have noticed something when i get this stuttering, when it happens, 99% of the time if i tab into my inventory and come back out of it the stuttering stops until the next time, then its a case of rinse/repeat during gameplay.. any ideas?
Mar 23 2019
Still stutters randomly.. latest BIOS, latest drivers, same old story.
Mar 6 2019
Hi again @Geez , no launch parameters are being used, done a complete deletion of cfg files etc in documents. Also have disabled so much stuff while running DayZ and i still have the juddery stutter. I have been uninstalling programs and running DayZ again with no success of fixing the stutter. I even uninstalled all Microsoft DirectX/Visual C++ Redistributables and reinstalled them, this didnt fix it either though to my surprise, Arma 3 runs a hell of a lot better now.

Am i not getting any help from here then? Need more info? Im not sure what other info you need to be quite honest. Like i said, i have no problems with any other game i install except for this one, i really dont know what else to say apart from this game s literally dead for me.. its unplayable!
Mar 2 2019
Serious question, are the DayZ Devs actually working with the AMD Driver team with this game? I never see anything in the AMD Driver release notes about DayZ, performance improvements etc,. Starting to wonder if this is an Nvidia Gameworks title :-/
Feb 22 2019
Hi there, i have tried all polling options which are 125, 250, 500 and 1000. Even tried a different mouse last night. I have uninstalled Logitech software in the past but still have the stuttering.

Currently there are no estimates that we can give to you, but as I have said, the issue will be fixed in the 0.63 version. There also will be some performance optimisations in the 0.63 version as well.

@Geez, just a quick update on this issue, i have a FreeSync monitor now which uses 48-75hz FreeSync range. I was hoping this might fix my stuttering in Borderless Mode but there is no improvement. Full Screen seems smoother than ever, also Arma 3 is so smooth now (Full Screen or Full Screen Borderless) that i can even push up the settings more now with FreeSync enabled.

So Geez, i may have fixed this.. its been a while since i have used RadeonPro, which isnt updated anymore but still has good options to be made use of.
Oct 5 2016
Is that near future or.. ?
Will do Geez..
Oct 4 2016
Hi again Geez..
Sep 30 2016
Hi Geez..
Sep 23 2016
Yes i get it in any sort of Window Mode.. i also have the latest GPU drivers and have tried recent drivers that support my RX 480. I have even tried the Borderless Window Gaming app too.
Sep 21 2016
So i have found out the cause of my stutter, its basically because i run more than 1 monitor (i have 3 monitors in total). Also the configuration of how i run them makes no difference, this includes running 2 from my RX 480, 1 from the 480 with the other 1 or 2 from my 6700K's iGPU. Running just 1 monitor directly from the 480 and playing Dayz in Borderless Window Mode runs with the same smoothness as Full Screen without stutter.
