As title simply describes.. when i disable all of these, the stuttering goes away. Even just one of these options enabled will cause stuttering.

Not sure if you guys are working with AMD but i think this is GPU related, as in the rendering of the UI. I know DayZ still needs optimising but this needs fixing as its frustrating to have to tab and stop in-game just to see my stamina, hot bar etc.
