Oh my bad. On my server I can take them off to repair them without them ruining.
Just wanted to add to this. When driving in and out of base we frequently noticed lag spikes at 1000m distance from the base. Also happened when driving to my friends base.
Totally agree. You can repair them with a gun cleaning kit or duct tape but they don't last much longer.
Now please don't just go and make it impossible to place near a doorway because that will severely limit base building choices...

I have tried dragging both the tanned leather over the leather sewing kit and the kit over the tanned leather with them in my hands and on the floor with no result.

+1, this has been around for ages and I can't believe it's still a thing.
@freerider3434 I totally agree dude - in real life I'd be through that tent in seconds, but there has to be a balance between realism and enjoyment. Perhaps the tent could be cut down with a bladed weapon so that it lays flat, can be walked over and access it's inventory and, much like a ruined item, it cannot then be re-positioned. Also the lock system should work similar to Skyrim or Fallout where your character has a "key" in their inventory with which the player can create copies for friends. The player could then access their locks without having to re-type or unlock the gate EVERY time. This would also be useful for online raids, where you may need to quickly get in or out of your base.
Also the entire contents of the tent would disappear.
@freerider3434 it wasn't my base but I do use this technique sometimes when building a base as it is a natural way to block off possible entrances. If you want to make them destructible then the time it's taken for that player to have found that tent (I'm talking up to a week of gameplay atm, actively looking for tents), is completely wasted. It also then becomes another thing to use my duct tape up on to maintain.

+1 to this, had it happen a couple of times now

+1 to that ^
Launching from game's executable seems to be the issue.
I think it's due to it being a hazard protection suit, it can't be repaired by regular means. It's annoying but makes sense. What doesn't make sense is why you would want to wear one when the zombies ruin gear in 3 hits.
I second this. Have become stuck on the spot when using F2 wave animation but using it again seems to un-stick sometimes.
Why are you so upset that someone else has tried to protect their loot? Wouldn't you do the same?

Yes, there is a problem with the reach of the axe, sometimes it connects with the Z, other times it does nothing.
Firstly, these tents have been here since last patch and now cannot be picked up or removed. Secondly, they were outside on the grass and inside on concrete as this was working fine in the last patch.
