In the case of Crawling without sound I found few building levels where the sound missing. E.g. Military Cargo Tower. So I did a little search for these and found another ones.

Ok, I thought that game works when you report reproducibility as unable to reproduce.
Try to verify your data via Steam and if it still does not work, send me, please, the newest rpt, dump, minidump and also debug.log files.

When round starts, respawn button is not visible for 5 secs and after that time the respawn button reveals and becomes clickable. In this time you should have 10 secs to choose your loadout. Autorespawn should happens after 5+ secs and during that the respawn button should be clickable all the time. This is how it should works.
Ok, so the problem is not caused just by unofficial AU/NZ server, if you catch it also at the official EU server. And also it sounds that it not happens very often.
I wanna to ask you if you find this problem again, please, take a screenshot of your teammates (e.g. score tab or spectate list) and send us your .rpt (dump and minidump - if these are there) files from Argo: \Users\UserName\AppData\Local\Argo\
