Switching Scopes doesn't change blur

Description

When switching from a sniper scope to the iron sights the blur around the edge of the screen doesn't go away.

Steps To Reproduce

1.) Aim down the sights of your sniper
2.) Press CTRL + Right Click to change scope
3.) See blur / distortion around edge of screen.

We will investigate it closer.

Unfortunately we are not able to fix this issue since the Argo team is smaller and smaller. There are bigger issues which are need to be done.
