Certain objects seem to have bigger hitboxes that do not add up to their visuals, as demonstrated in the video and still image attached to this report.

The first example is a little bit of a grey-zone because technically you are able to shoot over certain parts of the H-Barrier,if your character is standing in the highest stance (default stance + 1x Ctrl+W (and even then you are not allowed to move, because moving exists the player from the highest stance temporarily). However, this is counter-intuitive in my opinion, especially for new players, because players standing behind those barriers cannot hit enemies while the enemy is able to hit them perfectly fine. Resizing certain H-Barriers (if placed as defensive structure, not cover, for example) or moving them down a little bit could remove these problems.
The second example is more straight-forward. It doesn't look like I am poking into the wall with my barrel, and doesn't explain why I am hitting an invisible border (see picture below for reference).
Event Timeline
Hello. Thanks for your feedback.
I tried to reproduce it. Adaptive crosshair should solve this problem in the case of the wall. The case of H-barriers we will investigate closer.
