It's already in the works. You can judge by checking 'dead' players pulse. Warm to touch, cold, bla bla bla and something in between. It can be seen as indication that the defib is intended for revival.
I found myself sometimes log in into a field and i hear zombie sounds. Almost makes it feel like zombies are under the terrain. I have found that - when you encounter a zombies and you kill all zombies on sight - the chances of the zombie sound bug happening are close to 0.
I strongly agree with notes above my note.
It's cause of the quantity of objects ( items ). You can feel it especially when you are looking down the scope and you feel the lag while the items are being loaded and once you unscope they are unloaded and so on.
Noticed this too on couple of servers. Almost feels like im being blocked server side via firewall. Kinda elaborate - for a gear farming server.
