AGREED!!!!! you get hit with a 105mm your pink mist. Understood that there are "You don't have to show that in a military simulator" wankers out there. Don't play it if you're too sensitive to play a combat game. Upvoted for days

most of the time your weapon shouldn't be slung anyrate. Urban yeah ok 99% of the time, but conventional ops? No! How can you fire and move with a weapon slung? I do agree though that the one hand on the weapon should be left in 100% but allow a swich between 1 and 2 hands on the weapon whilst walkingg. It shows different levels of aggression, useful for peacekeeping missions. Cheers.

yeah +1 but

everyone should know how to use wire cutters

engineers should be able to make bangalores which is alot quicker than cutting

and the ability to conduct team manouvers so a man by himself might not be able to scale a 10ft wall but 3 soldiers together could work together to get over it.

soldiers are trained in scaling obstacles IRL so why not the capability in the game?

everyone who claims that there is no need for a melee your idiots there are that many different MP mods out there that would benifit highly from this capability placed into the game Island Life and Hunger Games for instance and yeah its pretty realistic to strike someone in the face with the butt of your rifle, bayonet someone, stab someone or even punch a PW in the stomach or face because they're non-compliant. IMO this is an essential update that needs to be implemented into this game with the tech that's available to the devs. What is that going to be the big seller for ARMA IV you can go into H2H combat with enemy NPCs. Not every NPC you come across can or needs to be killed (it's against the Geneva Convention to kill everything you come into contact with) Voting UP

as an infantry soldier I don't agree that women should be on the front lines call me sexist call me a pig but that's my view and I have reasons for it. However they are and that cant be dismissed but even if they weren't they are still in non combat roles as medics even mechanical engineers therefore there is absolutely no reason this should be given a thumbs down. By the way women still play ARMA and there are many mods for ARMA that would benefit from this. I'm giving this a +1

Soldiers are trained on obstacle courses. There is whats called a 12ft wall funnily enough it measures 12ft lol the technique to scale this requires 3 soldiers 2 boost 1 up he stays on top to assist with the second who also stays on top the 2 on top reach down and grab the arms of the 3rd as he jumps up the wall and is then pulled high enough until he can scale the rest himself. this implemented and a 2 man boost as stated by the OP would be a much needed feature for the game. yeah it may be a long winded animation or it could be done in three segments (probably better and any segment cancelled at any time in case of contact) but this could allow for better fire/overwatch positions not at this time available e.g on top of a container and would be great to make people who work together as a team usually get an added benefit from doing so. But also any soldier should be able to scale a 6ft wall at least.
