I believe the sword is supposed to do 50 dmg on heavy attacks (even more than the firefighter axe) based on changes to the melee config in 1.22, i made a ticket at the time https://feedback.bistudio.com/T174618 it was "acknowledged" whatever that means. They posted a blog for 1.22 where the entire point of the melee rebalance was to make the sword and mace distinct, and they are not distinct so I continue to believe they broke something and never got around to fixing it.

i believe these crashes are caused by the AI spawning at certain locations. so far there's airport, montignac farm and durras but there are probably more

Hello, the latest patchnotes claim to have addressed this. I see that the barbed bat heavy attack has been changed to 22 damage and 35 shock which is STILL WORSE THAN THE REGULAR BASEBALL BAT, this has not been resolved.

Hello Leviathanl.
This works as designed. The inspect window always shows the weight of the item itself (in default state). The tooltip shows the adjusted weight of the item. The weight can be adjusted by items inside or by water inside the item itself (how much the item is soaked).
