Make the sword equal to the firefighter Axe

I'm not sure why this was passed over. The sword is decently rare compared to the firefighter axe and should by all rights do equal dmg to infected and players.
I think the player base would like to know why the sword wasn't made comparable if you can't do it.
We've tried to match the dmg of the two items but the results are never the same. It seems the hit locations are very inaccurate with the sword, as in getting head hits is quite hard.
Swinging far above the head will often produce blood squirting from an infected's back for example.
Please fix the sword :) or explain why you can't

I believe the sword is supposed to do 50 dmg on heavy attacks (even more than the firefighter axe) based on changes to the melee config in 1.22, i made a ticket at the time https://feedback.bistudio.com/T174618 it was "acknowledged" whatever that means. They posted a blog for 1.22 where the entire point of the melee rebalance was to make the sword and mace distinct, and they are not distinct so I continue to believe they broke something and never got around to fixing it.
