Kol9yN, I believe those are BB guns in the video you posted.
I like the idea of wingsuits.
But since they lack the capability to transport additional equipment, it is pretty much the lowest priority possible for me.
I'd leave to the mod community since gameplay does not rely on it.
Although really cool, wingsuits are of basicly no military use.
For HALO jumps you want to get to the ground as fast as possible and not extend your time in free fall.
For HAHO jumps, where you want to cover distance over ground while in the air, you would use a parachute for two good reasons. First you have by far a better glide ration and secondly you have the ability to take gear (or even non-skydiver personell) with you.
Also cannot imagine a single scenario where BASE jumping would be required or even a feasible option.
TL;DR

-longer than necessary freefall for HALO

-no weapon (a sidearm maybe)

I really like the idea of shrapnel implementation.
About the "naked explosion" wouldn't all the sand and gravel on stratis/altis create a lot of shrapnel in that scenario?
There are several instances where you want AI, which is far away from the player, to be simulated.
For example if you are playing as a helo pilot supporting multiple engagements, that are some kilometers apart.
And if I recall correctly, the AI is only simulated to a certain extend, depending on several factors, like proximity of enemy units.
But a lessened performance impact would still be nice.

This would really help the player/AI disconnect in combat situations.
