Can confirm this, Has happened to me and a friend as well. All from that we can't see each others light from the torches, too the characters constantly switching items and gliding around.
All seems to happen because of login De-sync of some sort.
Think my friend managed to get a video recording of it.

Then i have just been lucky not manage to break my legs yet and i reclaim that part of my earlier statement.
I find bandages pretty common, pretty much all First aid kits have two bandages. Otherwise torn rags with some disinfect spray works just as good.
About morphine and epi-pen i can agree, they seam very rare, even if i don't really mind, because i think they should be rare.
Plus you don't seem to break legs walking in through doors anymore, like in the mod, which has lowered the need of morphine significantly.
I have not tried with bigger gas canisters, but the small one works sometimes. Were playing earlier today and the lamp worked with a small canister, then I was offline for a while, when i got back in again it did not light up the area anymore, the lamp was glowing as before.
Can confirm this as well.
Screwdrivers and kitchen knife works fine for me, all i have tried this far.

Can confirm this one, but it is only the status for "guns" that is not shown. All melee weapons got health status.
Around the coast i can agree that food is hard to find, but it's just to walk inlands and you will soon find plenty. The only problem with loot i have, is that i think it spawns a little bit to many books, except that i really like the rarity of the loot.

Got similar problem, it happens mostly when doing the helicopter showcase. that it's barely using the GPU, mabey about 10-30%, and giving me about 10-25 fps. Otherwise it almost always runs smooth around 60fps.
