Could be an issue with loot spawning under floors etc. The amount of objects scattered around a hospital is indeed usually pretty low.

I find bandages pretty common, pretty much all First aid kits have two bandages. Otherwise torn rags with some disinfect spray works just as good.

About morphine and epi-pen i can agree, they seam very rare, even if i don't really mind, because i think they should be rare.

Plus you don't seem to break legs walking in through doors anymore, like in the mod, which has lowered the need of morphine significantly.

Rocks, ladders and falling a foot into water are still very hard on your legs. Don't step off the end of a dock into half a foot of water, it'll likely snap your leg.

Then i have just been lucky not manage to break my legs yet and i reclaim that part of my earlier statement.

I have a leg and a arm broken and i search morphine in 10 hospital, result: 0 morphine found, 0 épinéphrine found, these two items are too rare !

all are plentiful now in medical buildings
