Zombies 100% chance to cause bleeding?

Description

Don't know why this happened, but when i traveled to Berezino i suddenly noticed that all zombies that managed to hit me. Don't know if i was just very unlucky or they bugged out for me.

Tested this out by fighting about 10 zombies or so after i noticed it.

Don't know how to reproduce this since it just started happening for no reason.

Additional Information

Meanwhile i noticed this bug, i found out that i did not need to eat or drink at all.

i agree, it seems kind of broken. i had bleedings on every single zombie i encountered. i also got hit everytime

I don't have this issue, and I'm a zombie warrior.
What wepp were you using while fighting them?
Did you have desync? or high ping?
