While we're waiting for an official solution for this, the server admins can add the following line in their server cfg to fix it:
steamProtocolMaxDataSize = 2048;

To my knowledge, the server should send this warning to everyone at the same time, so there might indeed be a bug in how it's broadcasted to the players.

That icon means the server is stressed and running poorly, so your connection has nothing to do with it. All you can do is switch to a server that's performing better.

Recurring cold/flu is usually caused by eating and drinking the same items you consumed while sick. The disease transfers to the items and then back.

All the Multiplay servers have been closed permanently. If you had stashes or bases on them, they're now gone.

Nobody here can help you unfortunately. Community administrators can ban whoever they want from their own servers. There is no rule against that.

You must upgrade your Windows to a newer version than 7.

This website is for reporting issues with the vanilla game and you're having issues with mods. You should report these to the Willow Glade's admins and/or to the authors of TheExiledServerPackFull, SchanaParty and whatever that zombie mod is that's also mentioned in the errors.

The developers may be able to fix this problem more permanently but in the mean time, you should try changing the pings/minute rate value in the Steam settings.
