The developers may be able to fix this problem more permanently but in the mean time, you should try changing the pings/minute rate value in the Steam settings.

Open Steam -> Expand 'Steam' menu in the top left corner -> Select 'Settings' -> Open 'In-game' page -> Change the 'Server browser pings / minute' value.
Start from the second highest value then test the launcher. If it breaks the connection, go back and change number to one step lower until the connection stays on.

Have the same issue for months. Ingame and with the offical launcher.

The ingame DayZ server browser can find some servers (about 100).

After hitting Cancel, Refresh and Apply Filters sometimes it is finding 7000 dayz servers after about 2 minutes, but till then they have no name.

The official launcher cant find more than arround 400 servers. Breaking the network till restart. No mater what in is configured in steam.

Even the DZSA Launcher is dead afterwards which Im using as a work arround since the offical launcher and ingame server browser is not working.

I had to upgrade router from Edimax BR-6478AC_v2 (Mediatek 580MHz) to TP-Link Archer AX1500 (Broadcom 1.5GHz Tri-Core) and now it can handle list over 8.000 servers without problems.
I mean it was problem of slow CPU of router.
