I am having this same issue. Able to turn sight on/off while in inventory, but as soon as I equip it to pistol it remains off no matter what I do. Verified working batteries by testing in the pistol flashlight.

Same here. Since the update today.
Same thing happens to me, but with M4 and Backpack. Easily reproducible as it happens every time I swim. After a short while the items will return to me at almost random.

Happen to me as well. One time it happen just logging in, another time it was a BSOD then re-logged in to get sent back to coast.
