Which Laptop do you use?

Not a Tech-head but that machine should be able to run it on at least medium settings.
My guess is that the engine is not optimized for mobile chip-sets or that your Laptop gets to hot, which they counter automatically with reducing performance.
Get a Cooling pad for it and or clean the air vents and make sure nothing blocks them while playing.

For Graphics, i did always disable AA and An-isotropic filtering because you hardly notice those anyway. Other than that its mostly playing around with the settings, because it differs so much between games. Some are ugly as hell with low res textures in other you hardly notice it, list goes on and on just try till you find a performance&graphical fidelity you can live with.

And yes, now that you mention it, using ALT to look around often bugged out shortly before sending me running in semi circles through buildings.
Well not so much running as i slided around while the char stands still.

Rare items but they are ingame, at least they were before yesterdays patch.
Didnt find one since then but than again i didnt look for one.

Do you get that message all the time or just randomly?
If randomly those are lagspikes, happens to most of us to.
Especially if you use a wireless router.

yepp this is a problem, especially that we log in without the weapon readied and the server often takes 5 to 20sec to let you equip it..

happens to me also often, rarely it works.

What a lot of people seem to forget is that even a simulation game is still a game.
Once most player think of their char is a whiny d*ckhead that should not be able to move because he must have 250kg after eating 20 cans of beans a day, that is the moment you have overdone the "realism".

The need for Food and Drink are way to high atm.
Even when you take into consideration that he moves all day.
Also you starve way way way to fast, a human can live for at least 7 days without Food but has a hard time to live for more than 3 without water.

The goal should be somewhere around 1 can of food every hour and 1 bottle water every hour and those should keep you full for 1hour, not just keeping you from starving.
Atm you cant even sneak up on someone without getting red hunger bar.

From what i noticed those sounds may be tagged as background noises.
And honestly it drives me crazy, Zombie sounds, Metal Gate sounds, Fence sounds everywhere without reason for them.
