Broke my legs 5 times while exiting buildings and going down stairs.
(Would probably have happened more often but alas there was no zombie / player around and i had to starve to death each time..)
Happened in different Doors / stairway each time.

Probable cause is the Battle-eye,
Servers also lag hardcore,
constant rubberbanding
was not able to move at the end at all because i got warped back to my starting location each time after about 10sec.
Same bugs and lagging on dozens of different servers.
My connection works fine as i played BF4 with 30ping after i gave up on DayZ.

Had the same broken leg problem, had been standing for a few seconds in a second story room when it broke. Had been rubber-banding a little beforehand when going up the stairs, might be a possible reason.
