Pretty sure it does respawn loot, but not in the quantities you might want. Remember that the exp server is 600+ people a day, so the loot isn't there to begin with, it's all looted, it's all gone. Can't respawn if the limit is hit.

I believe this is a duplicate of 0024357.
The problem is how central loot is handled on a high population server like the exp. Loot is apparently ok to start with, but after persistence kicks in, which is a lot on a high population server, you end up with a barren land with no loot at all, or a few loot explosions in certain locations.
It's the same I think.
Same here, also people sipping on cola.
I had the same bug. The hitbox is above the truck, so stand on the back of the truck behind the drivers seat and look up, you might be able to hit the door. After that it is piece of cake.
They work for me, but when you dc they stop moving, so that might be your problem.
The server seems empty for me. Rarely I find any items at all, not even books.
However, I have had an encounter with "loot explosion" at grid 108 125 near Elektrozavodsk. I uploaded a picture of it.
This was on the experimental servers. (.56)
Update: I looked in +14 different cities and didn't find any loot.(literally) Only loot was some ammo at a police car and two chickens that I skinned and gutted.
I went to the most secluse places I could find, like e.g. Tisy and cabins in the most northen woods. Very uncommon places, not even a single book.
Also, the police car spawned a ton of books. Don't think it should spawn any, or maybe 1 with a chance of 3 %.
The point of the book spawn ramble is that if there was any loot before I got there, the books would be left behind.

I'm against "spine bone condition". I believe it ruins the game. First of all it is very hard to keep track of the current condition of your bones, be it legg or spine. Having your legg break is fine, but having your spine break with the penalty of death makes the game too realistic, yes I said it.
Even tho this game is all about realism, you can't argue agaist the fact that enjoyment and satisfaction plays a just as important role. It is very dissatisfying to die from a hidden stat, this even made a lot of players question themselves: Did I get shot by a sniper? I didn't hear the shot tho, shouldn't I have heard the shot? Was he so far away, that I died before I heard the shot?
With the zombies overpowered/melee system in ruins it is already to hard to avoid getting hits. Look at how the zombies automatacally knows which door to run to when you seek refuge in a house. You get the point.
Also, I question how this game mechanic is even realistic. I haven't heard of that many professional boxers die from thier spine breaking mid fight, heck, most of them die from dementia.
I believe that a player should be able to survive forever, if skillfull enough. Stats should be rechargeable.
Didn't check the timestamp, it was "new" and somehow at the top of my view, so I figured I'd help you out.
Are you guys interested in an uncut montage of me making long distance shots when the new 0.56 build comes out? I think the problem might just be your zeroing because I'm able to make the shots at ranges at 500+
