I think this bug affects the total number of useful items spawn on the server. Thats why there is lots of empty buildings without any loot.

to reproduce this bug on latest beta patch (115535) just press f3 (sit down animation) with no weapons on your character. now your character carry some invisible weapon. then press f2 (surrender animation) to end this animation bug.

same bug on same video card. can see white dots on all spruce trees on close range if i look from some angles and only in the daytime.
only happens when texture filtering settings higher than very low and alpha to coverage is disabled.
