Sometimes if you pick up some weapon from the ground (dropped by other player) or from the body you will be unable to use it or even aim untill you reconnect

Steps To Reproduce
-ask friend to drop weapon for you or kill somebody
-take the weapon
-make sure its pristine and loaded with pristine ammo
-try to aim (if it works you probably can use this weapon)
-try shoot something
-try reconnect the server or change it (if weapon is bugged)
-try aiming and shooting again

I can confirm this. It happens in the stable version 0.46 too.
It happened to me and to many of my friends. This is kind of serious problem in a fight. Friends of mine died because of this in several situations because their gun didn't work.
