On server reset or when an item would respawn due to the respawn system, the same item will often respawn in the exact same place with a different orientation. The problem with this is that it cuts down dramatically on items that can spawn as well as item variety in an area.

Using any building (for example the grocery store), take an item (say a pen or other object unlikely to be taken) then wait for restart. If an item would spawn in its place upon restart, the exact same item (same type, durability and quantity) will spawn there perhaps at a different orientation.
I have seen this bug with pens, matchboxes, empty water bottles, various hats, bandages, chem lights, knives, crowbars, ammo, food, etc. Items I haven't seen this bug with are backpacks and other more rare items such as firearms.
Perhaps my most notable experience with this glitch is when I found 6 batteries on top of each other or the time I found 3 sardine cans together pretending to be one item.
Event Timeline
I think this bug affects the total number of useful items spawn on the server. Thats why there is lots of empty buildings without any loot.
Yeah, I just found a new image that proves my worst fears. It doesn't stop. The more server resets and potential spawns the more and more the same items stacks.
I added my own screen-shot of this bug on Experimental .48 server. I've seen this with ammo magazines that were all emptied. I've had this happen to me with 9mm Ammo Boxes. I kept taking ammo box until I had no more room my inventory, trying to see if there was an actual limit. I never reached the last box.
Today I experienced this with full 75-round magazines. I carried them out of the barracks only to find that the stack was practically endless.
This is a gamebreaking bug, even more so when it occurs with rare and valuable loot like the drum magazines.
