It's also for other items. At least in the Cobra sight I had the same issue. After relog the battery in the object shows as full until dragging to inventory.

I am not sure if this is the same issue but I am playing on ultra wide 3440x1440 and I can't read the full text when I hover over items in inventory. Text box is too far right.
