Same happened to be at the airfield control tower tried multiple windows could'nt shoot through them even though it sounded like they were breaking

Same issue low CPU and GPU usage

GTX 680 x 2
16GB Vengeance 1866MHz Ram
Crosshair Formula V Mobo
Windows 7 64bit

Same problem running 680's in SLI

Same happened to me, also AI have put the vehicles on two wheels trying to cross the bridge
