I've deactivated post-process and mine is still blurry until i hit "video". This doesn't fix my blurry issue.

This is happening to me as well. I've tried turning off post-processing and it still persists.

Same thing happening to me. If i'm "injured" then how come I can just go into the setting, hit "video" and the blurriness goes away? I know i'm not injured anyway. Character menu says everything is ok. No red bars showing so.
