Whenever i get attacked and the screen blurs, the blur effect doesn't disappear at all untill i visit video settings menu. I don't have to change any video settings, all I have to do is open the menu.

it should disappear if you regain it..
you are at full health/blood when you see the "health" indicator in your inventory, next to your model

thank you for your report!
The blur itself is intended and should stay until the character heals up.
We are however aware of the fact that opening Video settings resets it and it is something that has been scheduled for a fix - please be patient.

Oh, thanks for the answer. Blur actually gave me a headache, I don't know if I'm alone with that, but definitely a thing I don't like with the game.

This is happening to me as well. I've tried turning off post-processing and it still persists.
