Blurry screen on start-up and when hit by zombies.

Description

Every time I start on a server, everything is blurry. All I have to do is go into configure, and hit video...........then the blurriness goes away. This also happens when I get hit by a zombie. This IS NOT due to "health" because as soon as I go back into configure and hit video..........the blurriness goes away again. Please HELP!!!!!
