This is not a bug, sickness can be caused by a variety of different factors. Most commonly, antibiotics and injection vials from what I have found seem to cure it (However it will not be cured instantly) I suggest maintaining a high level of food, water and possibly take some vitamins if you find any.

Why would you use the mouse wheel when you can just press 1 - 9? Your suggestion would clutter the action menu and is unnecessary in my eyes.

I agree, I have tried dragging a waterbottle onto the powdered milk however it does not work. It would be nice to actually combine the two to make genuine milk which would hopefully not dehydrate you as much. I cannot imagine eating powdered milk by itself in real life.

I have tested using the defibrillator on a friend who was dead (But waited on you are dead screen) I then got the message "You cannot use the defibrillator on dead people" I am quite confused with this, defibrillators are used to shock the heart back into rhythm and therefore should be used on dead people, not to wake people up from unconsciousness that seems illogical.
