There are different reasons for unconsciousness. Blood pressure and shock value. I'm guessing a defib is like an epi pen in that it will wake up somebody who's down because of shock. If they're down from blood loss you want to hit them with a saline IV.

Defibrillators should be used for heart failure only (i.e. not beating / dead player), I don't think we can bring back dead players yet but then again I have not tested this functionality yet, the game mechanic needs testing.

unconscious players can be revived with a saline / IV bag on them

I have tested using the defibrillator on a friend who was dead (But waited on you are dead screen) I then got the message "You cannot use the defibrillator on dead people" I am quite confused with this, defibrillators are used to shock the heart back into rhythm and therefore should be used on dead people, not to wake people up from unconsciousness that seems illogical.

Not just a defib issue, I can't revive unconscious players with defib or epi pen

I have this problem too.

We tried it with battery of course but it did not work. Didn´t know that a saline bag works

Tried to use this on an unconscious friend, kept getting a message that "xxx has moved and the defibrillator failed" (words to that effect)

Dumb question, but have you put a battery into the defibrillator? Because it needs one to work and I haven't seen anyone, asking this (dumb) question before me. It should work, but I haven't tried it myself yet, to be honest.

yep ;) !

yesterday 22/07/2015 ; my friend was unconscius after starving time ...

All the team tried to revial him with morphin, epi, etc.... but nothing , so we wait and give plenty of food ^^ . 15 min later and CPR or CTR compress .

the device itself works, if you use it on normal person (not unconscious)
